Our sneakers are listed in EU sizes (36–45). If your current pair is in US or UK sizing, use the chart below to convert.

3. Measure your foot or insole:

Take a ruler or measuring tape and measure the length of your foot (heel to toe) or the insole of your best-fitting sneaker. Match the measurement in centimeters to our chart below.

4. Between two sizes?

We recommend going one size up for maximum comfort – especially with models that run snug, like Air Max or Gel-Kayano.
